My Favorite Travel Resources

Tourism has become the largest industry in the world and the market has become a little oversaturated with options for travelers to choose from. That’s why I created this free, useful resource for you to use! Traveling over the years has let me try tons of brands; some that I love and some that I’ve learned not to use again. Here, you’ll find some of my favorite travel resources that I’ve personally used and have found helpful. As always, if you have any specific questions, send me an email and I’ll try to help answer your question.

Tours and Activities

Headout - Unlike their competitors, Headout curates their selection and only offers the best of the best tours! No more sifting through endless pages of tours and comparing multiple tours that are similar. They review each tour meticulously so you can go in fully trusting the selection available. It’s a real game-changer!

Manawa - Manawa is for all of you outdoor enthusiasts. They offer unique experiences that you won’t find everywhere else. Think canyoning, snorkeling, paragliding, and more!

EatWith - And for all of my foodies, this one is for you! Ever dream of experiencing an intimate dinner party on a terrace in Italy? You can find experiences just like that on EatWith. They have an amazing selection of food experiences with local chefs all around the world. Viator - You can find similar tours on Viator but I really like that you can accumulate Viator Rewards with each booking that you can use on a future tour. Reward points become available in your account after 24 hours so if you space out your bookings for a trip, you can save money on the same trip!

Klook - More popular in International markets, Klook is truly a one-stop-shop! On top of tours and activities, you can also find rail passes, car rentals, hotels, and more. If you’re the type of person who would prefer to log into one account and have all of your reservations there - this platform is for you!

Go City - Bundling and saving is the name of the game with Go City. Traveling to a big city that has 5+ attractions you want to see? Check out the Go City Pass and save up to 50% on tickets by bundling them.

Travel Credit Cards

Travel credit cards offer numerous benefits for those who frequently travel, making them a valuable addition to any traveler's toolkit. There are various types of travel credit cards available, each tailored to specific needs. Airline credit cards, for example, often provide perks such as free checked bags, priority boarding, and earning miles that can be redeemed for flights. Hotel credit cards typically offer rewards such as points for free night stays, room upgrades, and access to exclusive offers. And then you have a general credit card with amazing travel rewards, which is what I have. These types of cards provide flexibility, allowing you to earn points on a variety of spending categories, which can be used toward flights, accommodations, or other travel expenses. By strategically using one or multiple travel credit cards, you can maximize rewards, reduce travel costs, and enhance your overall travel experience! Plus, many of these cards have sign-on bonuses throughout the year which are great to take advantage of. If you’re on the fence about opening a new credit card for travel, check out the top card offers below.

Using points and miles can transform the way you approach travel expenses, turning dream vacations into reality without straining your budget. By strategically accumulating rewards from credit card purchases, frequent flyer programs, and hotel loyalty clubs, travelers can unlock significant savings on flights, accommodations, and even experiences at their destinations. Picture flying to any destination for a fraction of the cost or enjoying a 5-star luxury hotel stay that's funded entirely by points. Each point earned is a step closer to a new adventure, making every dollar spent feel like an investment in future explorations. The trick to points & miles is cashing in on those transfer partner bonus offers. This is where your points can go even further! This is something that I’ve recently begun to understand and can’t wait to take advantage of it more with my future travels!
